CONFERENCE VENUE: VIANA DO CASTELO CULTURAL CENTRE

Situated on the banks of the Lima River, the Viana do Castelo Cultural Centre is a premier venue dedicated to a wide range of municipal and regional cultural and sporting events. The facility spans a total area of 3,792 square meters, with dimensions of 70.1m in length, 54.1m in width, and a height of 9.12m. Its expansive layout and strategic location make it an ideal setting for large-scale events, including music festivals, concerts, cinematic screenings, conferences, exhibitions, and trade fairs.

The facility has a seated capacity for approximately 2,000 people, which can be expanded to 2,700 for standing-room events such as concerts. For congresses and performances, it is equipped with a permanent stage measuring 15m by 5m. This stage can be extended to a total size of 15m by 15m to accommodate the specific requirements of different events.

Owing to its exceptional facilities and privileged riverfront location, the building stands as the premier cultural landmark of the Alto Minho region.
