Registration Includes

• Access to all plenaries, parallel abstract sessions, working group meetings, workshops, and site visits
  (Please note: site visits will require a separate registration, which will be shared closer to the event.)
• Access to the conference film screening
• Conference materials
• Welcome reception and closing dinner
• Coffee breaks and lunches, as outlined in the programme
• Access to poster and exhibition areas

How to Register

A link to the online registration form will be available on this page once the portal is open.

Please ensure:

• One registration per participant
• City delegations coordinate internally before registering
• Visa letters can be requested during the registration process.

Fees: There are no registration fees for member cities and national networks. Travel and accommodation costs are covered by participants.
